In an obvious attempt to jump on the world cup wagon, Wayne and Sally have had a baby boy last Friday and named him Harry.

Yah for Harry!!!

Nice work by everyone, particularly Sally of course. I went and saw young Harry on Sunday and whilst he slept most of the time, he did open his little big eyes and stare at me for at least a second. I don't blame him.

Congrats to Jaz and Jaimee for having a little brother to boss around.

Nike is bringing out shoes that talk to your iPod. It will put in little things like. "You've been running for 30 minutes" or "2 miles to go" because you can program how far you want to go.
