So June then Tomasso says that I've lost weight. So then I weigh myself. I'm about 79.9 kilos.
Hmmm.
I've been 85 kilos (of muscle) for about 7 years, except for when I got Malaria and climbed mount kilimanjaro (hi Felicty, Sarah, Adam, Jeremy, Paul, Moses and the crew!).
What is going on?
Here is my theory;
1. Since my disabilitating injury, I've done less arduous exercise (basketball, biking, push ups, etc) so I've probably lost some muscle.
2. Since I got back I've been trying to go 'low carb'. Basically I avoid eating carbs after lunch if I can avoid it. Maybe it took 5 months for this to take effect.
3. I won a Lowenbrau Stein from the Lowenbrau (thanks Britt) and now I drink about two extra litres of water a day.
