Yes, I've got two weeks under my belt so far, and going strong. I think I may of sneaked a couple of puffs in on the weekend but it just made me more keen to quit. I was never a real heavy, pack a day smoker, but since I need to get fit again, I think this is a good first step to take.
If anyone you know smokes, putting them down for smoking is the wrong thing to do, it just makes them feel more and more helpless... give them time and when they do decide to quit, be there to motivate them and help them kick the habbit.
I'm interested in knowing how many people out there dont take any drugs whatsever. I know many people that say they do, but they drink alcohol every week. HELLO!!! alcohol is a drug people.. it actually kills more people than any other drug.
