$600 phone bill.

Ring, ring - phone call crap. "Please say what you're inquiring about.." "I'm really p%$$ed off" "OK, thanks for that."
First person - "sure, I'll get back to you"
Second person - "Yep, no problem, I'll call you tomorrow."
Third person - "Oh, ok, that's no good. Leave it with me."
Fourth person - "Right, I'll look into it and call you."
I call today and get really cranky, which is unusual for me. I get this guy, Kale, who is treating me like I'm the problem.
"We'll give you $500 credit."
"But it's a $700 phone bill now."
"Sorry, that's all I'm offering. And it's only because you've been with us for ten years."
"That shouldn't matter, you made a mistake."
"OK, how about $550."
"Whatever. I'll take it, but I'll also close my account."
I'd happily go, if anyone else was better.
